It's been very interesting to see how language develops. We're constantly surprised by comments the girls (Lolo in particular) make on a regular basis.
While in San Diego, we took the girls to the beach one day. Lolo and Jim were splashing in the waves, when she unexpectedly got knocked over by a wave. Jim said to Lolo "Wow. You got slammed!" Lolo replied "Yeah. Like a door!"
On another occasion, Lolo requested some "dip" on her plate. Israel opened up a mayo packet and said to Lolo "Say when." Lolo looked at him and said "NOW!"
