We started our pumpkin project a little early this year since we won't be here for Halloween. It was a two day project. Day one the girls cleaned out the insides and on day two we thumped in these little plastic pegs and the pumpkins light up. Lolo did a cat (which she claims is a bear) and Norah did a bat (which she likes to call a butterfly). I'll try to get a good picture of the pumpkins in the next day or so. They're a good kid-friendly project....unlike our usual carved pumpkins.
