A real zinger

For the past several months, Lolo has had an imaginary friend named DadaBooboo, who plays an increasingly important role in our lives. It seems every day the stories get more elaborate. (The latest saga is how DadaBooboo goes to work every day at Gramma Peg's mall.) It's a delicate balance. Yes, we pretend like DadaBooboo exists....but you can't pretend too much because Lolo will tell you in her own "duh" tone of voice way, "Moooom, he jus 'tend!"
This morning we're getting ready to get started on the day. The girls are up. Norah is dressed. Lolo is half dressed. I'm trying to get dressed, but am still sleepy. Somehow, I get a little mixed up and don't do something "right". Lolo says "Mom, why you get all mixed up?! DadaBooboo's mama don't get mixed up." I mumble something in acknowledgement. Lolo continues, "She really incredible."

Are you sure that there is NOT a DadaBooboo who works in Gramma Peg's antique mall?
