Conned by an elf!

I've been conned by the Keebler elves....making a graham cracker "house" is HARD! I struggled and struggled with it this evening (because you've got to let the icing dry for a while before the house gets decorated, I figured that I'd do this step at night and the kids would decorate in the afternoon). I should have just gotten off my lazy rear end and baked gingerbread. Depending upon snow conditions tomorrow and/or saturday, I just might bake some and do it right before Christmas. Unfortunately, the kids who come over tomorrow are going to end up with funky houses. At least Norah won't have to suffer the indiginity of ever working on such a house. Maybe if I get them all hopped up on sugar, they'll just forget about the house. We're going to do it right from here on out. Live and learn.
