Out of sorts

Poor Norah. She's completely out of sorts today. She had a rough night. So bad that even Jim got up once to help her out (and he rarely does that...claims he can't hear her...usually, I have to be crying before he gets up to help.) Naps are not going well today. I can't decide if it's because she's still sick or perhaps teething or just plain out-of-sorts.
